Selector - Criteria - Tag dialog

Contains selection controls to specify detailed element information and attributes based on tag values that are equal to, not equal to, or within a range.

Setting	Description
Criteria definition	Individual tag criteria is defined using the settings in this portion of the Selector - Criteria - Tag dialog. Tag — Lists the tags found in the active DGN file. Select a tag to start the criteria definition process. Operator — Lists the available operator functions used to filter tag values in the active DGN file. equal to – The selection criteria is defined by an exact value (keyed into the expression field). not equal to – The selection criteria is defined by all values that are not equal to the value in the expression field. greater than – The selection criteria is defined by all values greater than the value in the expression field. greater than or equal to – The selection criteria is defined by all values greater than or equal to the value in the expression field. less than – The selection criteria is defined by all values less than the value in the expression field. less than or equal to – The selection criteria is defined by all values less than or equal to the value in the expression field. Expression — Used to enter the value for each tag selection criteria definition. Values must be of the same type (integer, real or character) as defined in the tags for the selection criteria. Insert — Adds the newly defined selection criteria to the criteria list.
Criteria	Criteria list — Lists the selection criteria defined previously. Multiple criteria are executed in the order in which they appear in the criteria list. Subsequent criteria on the list are included or excluded by clicking the And or the Or buttons. Tag – Tag names are displayed in this column. Operator – Operators like equal to, less than or equal to or not equal to are displayed in this column. Expression – Displays the tag values used to execute the tag selection criteria. Include/exclude next criteria – This unlabeled column displays the inclusion or exclusion functions And and Or. Delete — Deletes the selected tag selection criteria. And — Click And to include the next criteria. Or — Click Or to exclude the next criteria.
